Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. You will be eligible for only one reschedule but must be performed in the allotted time frame. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be blocked from future appointments and charged 80% of the total service fee. Your deposit does not go towards that percentage. Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late a $15 fee will be applied to your service. 15 minutes or greater your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
